About Alarm

Molly has had enough of the noise and chaos of the city. A year after the violent death of her father, she decides that the
tranquility of country life is what she needs. A clean slate. A fresh start in a brand new home. Despite the misgivings of
Frank and Jess, old friends of her dad’s who have been looking after her, Molly buys a house in a cute little rural enclave and
leaves Dublin. All the pieces in her life start to come together but the promised suburban idyll turns increasingly sinister as
Molly becomes the victim of what appears to be a violent and personal vendetta. Her life is transformed into a tightening vice
of fear as she’s gripped by suspicion of everyone around her – her oldest friends, the local handymen and her new lover.
