Today it was announced that IFC Films received a total of 4 nominations for the International Press Academy’s Satellite Awards!

Romain Duris of HEARTBREAKER was nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical, both Claire Denis’ WHITE MATERIAL and Fatih Akin’s SOUL KITCHEN were nominated for Best Foreign Language Picture, and the smash hit JOAN RIVERS: A PIECE OF WORK was nominated for Best Documentary.

    I was actually looking for information about Amy Lawrence. She was a singer/actress I knew a long time ago. She was really sweet and such a heart breaker! Last time I heard she was in Missouri and quit show business. If you hear anything please post it cause she was a really talented girl.
